High-Tech Zone of Hung Yen Province
The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1499/QĐ-TTg on the establishment of the High-Tech Zone of Hung Yen Province, with an area of approximately 496.1 hectares, located in the communes of Hoan Long and Viet Yen.
The high-tech zone is oriented to develop research, application, and development activities in high technology, strategic technology; production of high-tech products; provision of high-tech services; incubation, training, and technology transfer.
General planning of Yen My urban area
The general planning task of Yen My urban area studies a scope of about 9,761 hectares, including the communes of Yen My, Viet Yen, Hoan Long, and Nguyen Van Linh.
The development orientation focuses on industry – high technology – services – logistics; while forming concentrated industrial production zones, high-tech zones, dry ports, logistics centers, urban areas, and service zones.

URBAN TECHNOLOGY HUB OF HANOI
Research project to develop an integrated urban technology ecosystem including technology offices, R&D, startups, laboratories, co-working spaces, training, conferences, and innovation support services.
- Land area: Approximately 8,000 m² of research land
- Building height: 18–25 floors (according to the research plan)
- Floor area: Approximately 60,000–70,000 m² of expected floor space
